Karl Kiesinger continued CRM development and completed an access control service call in Connecticut.
Part of the day was spent working on a custom CRM system for the alarm and security industry, continuing to improve functionality and move the project forward toward completion.
In addition, a service call was completed in West Hartford, Connecticut for an access control issue. The site experienced a failure on a single door system. After troubleshooting, the issue was identified as being related to the door controller.
A follow-up visit is planned to install a new power supply and restore full system functionality. Since this is not the only access point at the site, operations remain manageable until repairs are completed.
